Listing Rules – CityHub US

To maintain quality, accuracy, and trust across our platform, CityHub US requires all businesses and professionals to follow the listing rules outlined below.

By submitting, claiming, or managing a listing on cityhubus.com, you agree to comply with these Listing Rules.

1. Eligibility for Listings

Listings on CityHub US must represent:

  • Legitimate, real businesses or professionals
  • Businesses operating within the United States
  • Services that comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws

We do not allow listings for illegal, deceptive, or unethical activities.

2. Accurate & Honest Information

All listings must include:

  • Correct business name
  • Valid address or service area
  • Accurate contact information
  • Truthful description of services

You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use fake addresses or phone numbers
  • Misrepresent your services, qualifications, or location

Listings found to contain inaccurate information may be edited, suspended, or removed.

3. One Business = One Listing

  • Each business or professional is allowed one listing per location
  • Duplicate listings for the same business are not permitted
  • Multiple listings intended to manipulate search visibility are prohibited

Duplicate or spam listings may be removed without notice.

4. Business Name Guidelines

The business name must:

  • Reflect the real-world business name
  • Match signage, website, or official branding
  • Not include promotional phrases, keywords, or locations unless they are part of the legal business name

Examples of prohibited name formatting:

  • ❌ “Best Plumber in Texas – 24/7 Cheap Rates”
  • ❌ “Top SEO Agency USA #1”

5. Description & Content Rules

Listing descriptions must:

  • Clearly describe the business or services offered
  • Be written in natural, readable language
  • Be relevant to the selected category

The following content is not allowed:

  • Keyword stuffing
  • Promotional slogans or excessive marketing language
  • Adult, offensive, or hateful content
  • Copied or auto-generated content
  • External links intended for SEO manipulation

6. Categories & Locations

  • Listings must be placed in the most relevant category
  • Locations must reflect where the business actually operates
  • Service-area businesses should not list false physical addresses

CityHub US reserves the right to change categories or locations for accuracy.

7. Images & Media

Uploaded images must:

  • Represent the actual business, services, or premises
  • Be owned by you or used with proper permission
  • Be clear, professional, and relevant

The following are not allowed:

  • Stock images that misrepresent the business
  • Copyrighted images without permission
  • Adult or inappropriate images
  • Logos or images with misleading claims

8. Reviews & User Interaction

Businesses must not:

  • Post fake reviews for their own listing
  • Incentivize reviews in exchange for money or services
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings or feedback

CityHub US may remove suspicious or fraudulent reviews.

9. Paid & Featured Listings

CityHub US may offer:

  • Featured listings
  • Sponsored placements
  • Premium visibility options

Paid listings:

  • Do not guarantee leads or sales
  • Do not override editorial or quality standards
  • May be removed if listing rules are violated

10. Prohibited Listings & Services

The following types of listings are not allowed:

  • Illegal services or products
  • Scams, fraudulent schemes, or misleading offers
  • Adult services or explicit content
  • Hate, violence, or discriminatory services
  • Businesses violating intellectual property rights

CityHub US reserves the right to remove such listings immediately.

11. Review, Moderation & Removal

CityHub US reserves the right to:

  • Review all listings before or after publication
  • Edit listings for clarity, formatting, or compliance
  • Suspend or permanently remove listings without notice
  • Reject listings at our sole discretion

Publication of a listing is not guaranteed.

12. Listing Suspension or Termination

Listings may be suspended or removed if:

  • Listing rules are violated
  • False or misleading information is discovered
  • The business is reported multiple times
  • Legal or compliance concerns arise

No refunds are guaranteed for removed listings due to policy violations.

13. Changes to Listing Rules

CityHub US may update these Listing Rules at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated rules.
